Stevenage will have a Hertfordshire derby in the first round of the Carabao Cup.

Watford will visit the Lamex Stadium in the opening week of the new season, the same trip as they will make in pre-season.

The two sides have met once before in the competition and at the same stage, a second-half Lloyd Dyer goal giving the Hornets a 1-0 win in 2014.

Boro reached the third round last season, losing to Charlton Athletic on penalties.

Stevenage have also found out they will face Crystal Palace, AFC Wimbledon and Wycombe Wanderers in the Papa John's Trophy while their League One programme begins away at Northampton Town.
