Hertfordshire police have appealed for witnesses to come forward following a life-threatening crash on the A602.
Prior to 9.45am today (Wednesday, March 20) a grey Kia Picanto collided with a tree on the A602 Hooks Cross, near to the Three Horseshoes pub.
The driver of the vehicle, a man aged in his 50s, was airlifted to hospital for injuries currently described as life threatening.
Detective Sergeant Shona Birkby said: “Our enquiries are continuing as we work to establish the full circumstances around this incident.
“If you were driving in the area at the time and have a dash cam fitted, please check it as you may have recorded some crucial footage to assist our investigation.
