A Vauxhall has been seized after its driver was caught without a valid driving licence or insurance.
The green vehicle was spotted by police officers on Wednesday (August 16), in Highbury Road, Hitchin.
The driver was stopped on Water Lane and issued with a traffic offence report for driving without insurance and driving with an expired driving licence.

A spokesperson for Hertfordshire Constabulary said: "A driver has been reported and his vehicle seized after being caught driving without insurance or a valid driving licence in Hitchin.
"The green Vauxhall was spotted by officers on Highbury Road and subsequently stopped on Water Lane last Wednesday (August 16).

"The driver was issued a traffic offence report (TOR) for driving without insurance and driving with an expired driving licence.
"The vehicle was seized and recovered."
