Premier Travel held the grand opening of its new branch in Letchworth at the weekend (Saturday, July 28 and Sunday, July 29).

It is the travel agency's 26th branch, and is based in a unit previously occupied by Thomas Cook. 

The branch is managed by Lucy Clarke, who has 21 years of experience in the industry and has been with Premier Travel for the last eight years.

She previously worked for Thomas Cook and Going Places.

Paul Waters, managing director of Premier Travel, said: “As one of the main regions for the company and with existing branches within a 10 to 20-mile radius, we look forward to becoming an active member of the local community and contributing to its growth with this new branch.”

Premier Travel offer a range of holidays across the UK, Europe and the wider world, with cruises, city stays, beach holidays, theatre breaks and overseas weddings all catered for.
