They are five lads from Letchworth who love their music.
They are The Model Horror and they are playing at Club 85 this Saturday (March 24).
Rob Hardy, 19, guitar and vocals, Ian Larter, 19, vocals and guitar, Jonny Flynn, 18, electronics and visuals, Sim Smith, 19, drums, and Dan Bowles, 19, bass, make up the band.
So what have they been up to lately? Rob said: "We've been balancing our live shows by gigging in and around the south east whilst developing new sounds and ideas that we all feel strongly about."
And the aim of the band? The musician said: "The band is purely about getting our music out to those who love it. We are trying to play as many shows as possible just so people hear us live.
"It's all about the live performance for us, and making every show memorable."
They find it hard to pick a best experience so far. "Just all the raving crowds we've played to over the past month or so have made all the journeys worth it."
But one of their worst experiences would be finding half their equipment in a bin bag ready for collection the next day.
And as for the future? Rob said: "We have numerous gigs lined up around the country with plenty more local shows to come.
"On top of that we are also recording some tracks with a local producer for our new demo which will be available at gigs from April onwards.
"We're featuring in next month's national music magazine Disorder.
"Also, in the months to follow, are exciting city shows with NME, touring bands and up and coming club nights.
"We're hoping to take the intensity of our live performances to the next level. It's not to be missed."
