A DRUMMING spectacular is beating a path to Bedford Corn Exchange.

The Mugenkyo Taiko Drummers will be playing thundering rhythms on huge taiko drums, interweaved with delicate and expressive shinobue bamboo flutes.

The concert is on Sunday, May 7, at 7.30pm and takes audiences through a myriad of moods and soundscapes.

Drummers have been trained by Japanese masters and while retaining traditional spirit they have developed their very own style of taiko performances.

Tickets cost £15 and can be obtained from the box office on 01234 269519.
