This year’s series of evening masterclasses hosted by Stevenage Arts Society comes to an end with a demonstration by architectural painter and illustrator Keith Hornblower.
Keith, who lives in Weston, will be demonstrating how to go about the painting of a village scene, making the most of his knowledge of art and architecture.
Although his work has included painting palaces for sheikhs and capturing Chateau Latour for the World Atlas of Wine he enjoys capturing the Hertfordshire landscape and the session will be presented in his free and easy style which stresses the need to let the painting evolve, and to have fun.
If you’d like to be there, the masterclass is scheduled to start at 7.30pm on Tuesday, October 28, at the Community Arts Pavilion on Stevenage’s Roaring Meg Retail Park.
Members pay £3, non-members £4 and refreshments will be provided.
