SINGERS, players and music lovers can gain a deeper understanding of music with a little help from the Benslow Music Trust.
Interpreting Music - How to Prepare a Convincing Performance is a course set to explore the part that scores, recordings, pictures and history can play in understanding a piece of music.
Participants will develop their own interpretations of music that will fire their imaginations.
The event is open to musicians of all levels of ability as well as anyone who enjoys listening to music.

The event takes place on Monday, September 25, from 11am to 4pm at Benslow Music Trust, Hitchin.
Tickets cost £25, include lunch and must be booked in advance.
