ONE house and two centuries are at the centre of a play promising a plot of love, gardening and mathematics.
The Settlement Players’ return to the stage next week at their Nevells Road home in Letchworth GC with Arcadia, written by Tom Stoppard.
Romantic chaos erupts at Sidley Park in 1809 and it is left to a corresponding group, in the same room, to unravel the events 200 years on - with spectacularly wrong results.
The play runs nightly at 7.45pm from February 24 until February 26 with tickets priced at 7, available in advance from David’s Music in Eastcheap or on the door.
Group discounts are available - for more information call Pat Baskerville on 01462 623959 or visit www.settlement-players.org.uk
