However, this is a spice shop based in California and Rai's character is a Mistress of Spices, able to help people achieve their deepest desires by a careful mix of the right ingredients.
Although not as smooth as Chocolat, The Mistress of Spices does hold its own and is a nice tale worthy of a viewing on a cosy Friday evening in. 3/5
