SETH originally released this on his own label, but 35,000 sales down the line, the big money got interested, and lo, the album was re-recorded, re-ordered, reborn.
But whether any of this money has actually helped the second child reveal the soul of these songs is debateable.
Seth trades in acoustic olde-folk styles, aided by emotive voice and talent for glorious melodies.
The melodies and emotion remain, but some of the rootsy, round-the-campfire atmosphere on the original of Lady Of The Sea, for example, has been traded for studio polish.
