Saxon to rock Forum

Heavy Metal Thunder will roll round The Forum next week when legends Saxon rock up.

Hot off touring with Judas Priest, the Barnsley-bred British heavy metal veterans will play the Hatfield University venue on Friday June 8 in a warm-up for their slot at Download Festival the following day.

The front-runners of the new wave of British Heavy Metal who were a major influence on thrash rockers like Metallica and Megadeth promise to pull out the Denim and Leather classics at the College Road venue.
