Mushrooms, maidens and minstrels will be summoned up by psychedelic folk rockers Circulus in Letchworth tomorrow night.
The seven-piece acid folksters draw heavily on forgotten beardy bands from the 70s, traditional music and psychedelia to put on a misty mountain hop inspired by England’s pagan folklore.
The band will be joined at Letchworth Arts Centre on Friday by like-minded musicians Paul and Marcie Forrest who have a unique take on the songs of the Renaissance.
Weird and quite possibly wonderful – this could be one of the most memorable gigs of the summer.
The show starts at 8.30pm, but you will have to get the 10 tickets from the box office in advance. So get your moon boots on.
