Beautiful and dangerous, Guillermo del Toro's latest is a perfect imagining of what a fairytale should be - enchanting, dark, mysterious and fantastic.
The film follows Ofelia in both the real civil war-riven Spain and a the dreamworld fairytale labyrinth.
One of the best films of last year - definitely the most stunning - Pan's Labrynth is a feast fit for a king. 5/5
