Hundreds of youngsters from Stevenage schools will be showing off their dance skills next week.
Dance Festival 2016, put together by the Stevenage Sporting Futures team which works with the town’s schools to promote sport and activity, will be taking over the concert hall at the Stevenage Arts & Leisure Centre complex on Thursday and Friday.
There will be matinee and evening performances on both days to showcase the talents and the teamwork of young people aged from seven to 19 years old.
A spokesman said: “Performances will highlight the close partnership working of our schools and will show how dance has become a key area for celebration among our young people.”
To allow as many children to take part as possible, different schools will be involved in each performance.
You can book tickets by calling 01438 363200 or visiting www.gordon-craig.co.uk.
