THE Gordon Craig Theatre in Stevenage has two nights of entertainment coming up, one to make you laugh and one to get you rocking.

On Friday January 20, comedian Roy 'Chubby' Brown will be taking to the stage.

He continues to outsell other comics, both at the box office and on video, and for one night only he will be bringing his full length show to Stevenage.

If easily offended, organisers recommend you stay away and this is definitely an adults-only show.

If you've still got the energy, the following Saturday night sees Stars In Their Eyes winner, Gary Mullen, performing his tribute to Freddie Mercury and Queen.

A lifelong Queen fan and always a keen singer, Gary shot to fame when he wowed Stars in Their Eyes audiences in 2000.

Playing alongside his band The Works, Gary hopes to deliver a sound that the original chart-topping band would be proud of.

Reviews claim the touring musical extravaganza to be "simply fantastic and leaving you desperate for more."
