The latest in a series of free talks about key moments of the First World War will be given at Letchworth Arts Centre on Thursday.
Historian Richard Grayson will take as his subject the infamous 1915 battle of Neuve Chapelle and in particular the impact of Irish units in the conflict.
The event starts at 7pm and you can pick up tickets from Letchworth’s local and tourist information centre, just a few steps away from The Arcade venue, during normal opening houses.
