A NEW version of Rudyard Kipling’s best-loved tale of fear, love and adventure in the wilds of India is being brought to Hitchin at the end of the month.
Adapted and directed by Alison Hudson, The Jungle Book will be performed by The Bancroft Players in The Queen Mother Theatre from Thursday, March 29, to Saturday, March 31.
With all the classic characters, including lost village boy Mowgli, his friends Bagheera the panther and Baloo the bear, and sworn enemy Sheer Khan the tiger, the group promise a wonderful night of classic family entertainment.
