The team behind Hitchin’s Rhythms of the World music festival are holding a volunteer recruitment event in the town centre this Saturday.
The festival is returning on August 11 this year, and will be back in the middle of town rather than at Hitchin Priory.
Volunteers they need on the day include stewards, green team and crew.
Festival trustee Andrew Harper said: “Rhythms of the World are bringing the festival back to the town centre, but to run this free family-friendly event we need a number of volunteers to help on the day and throughout the year.
“Please pop along on Saturday and have a chat with us to see where you may be able to help.”
The team will be in the town centre this Saturday from 10am to 3.30pm. You can also contact them on volunteers@rotw.uk.
