There’s an evening of Halloween-themed cabaret on offer in Hitchin this weekend, with burlesque entertainment including sassy showgirls and more.
The line-up – led by showgirl extraordinaire Becky Bennett in her Briar Rouge persona – includes mischievous Maude, drag’s finest Mizz Magenta Slipperz, Chantilly Lace and cabaret host Miss Katy Jones.
Becky said: “Dress up – it’s Halloween, you know you want to and we certainly will!
“There’s a prize for best costume, and a total ribbing by Katy Jones if you don’t.”
Tickets for the show at The Victoria, at the corner of Ickleford Road and Fishponds Road, are £10 in advance from the bar, £11.01 online or £12 on the door. The show is for those aged 21 and up.
The doors open at 8pm for an 8.30pm start.
