Drinks were flowing once again at Baldock's popular beer festival last weekend.
The volunteer-led charity event welcomed punters back to the pop-up event at Brandles School over the bank holiday, after a two-year hiatus due to the pandemic.
Committee chair Tara Geere told the Comet: "The beer festival committee have been humbled by the feedback we received. People have told us how happy they were to be back.
"We had so much support, we couldn’t run the event without all the volunteers who were amazing.
"It was fantastic to have people back listening to live music, drinking good beer, cider and wine. We have raised enough to cover our costs and are really hoping that we will reach over the £100,000 raised and donated by the charitable trust [since it was set up in 2016].
"Thank you to everyone who supported us."
