DVD Review: Salt (15):

CIA agent Evelyn Salt (Angelina Jolie) is well respected by everyone, including her boss.

So one day, when she is accused of plotting the assassination of the visiting Russian president, everything turns upside down.

Her superiors become quickly convinced that she is involved in an international conspiracy and make her the target of an intense hunt.

So begins an action-packed adventure, where Evelyn risks hers and her husband’s life to prove her innocence. It’s a commendable performance by Jolie, who cooly holds the movie together.

The plot can be quite complicated in parts, making it difficult to follow, but there’s enough action in there to satisfy fans.
