The new year seems to be racing away – but surely it’s a bit early for pantos?
ou could call it early, you could call it late – but however you view it, there’s no denying that Dick Whittington And His Cat will be on stage in Henlow next week.
The Henlow Amateur Dramatic Society show, in aid of Muscular Dystrophy UK, will be in the spotlight at the Henlow Theatre in Hitchin Road over two weekends.
The curtain goes up on Friday, January 29, with performances on the following two days as well – it’s 7.30pm in the evening on Friday and Saturday and 2.30pm for matinees on the Saturday and Sunday.
Then the cast performing Peter Denyer’s play take a breather until the following Friday when the same schedule applies, except for the Sunday matinee.
Tickets are £8 with £6 concessions – call the box office on 01462 700785 or 07876 353677 or visit www.henlowtheatre.co.uk.
