WITH threats of legal action by some of those who appeared in the film, Borat caused quite a storm when released at cinemas across the globe last year.
Funny to some, offensive to others, Sacha Baron Cohen's creation is probably not as appealing as Ali G, but it certainly hits its target more times than his Staines alter-ego.
Plot wise, Borat, the Kazakhstani television personality, is sent to film a documentary on the United States in his attempt to shed the light on country, and he certainly does just that. 4/5
