The Jesterlarf comedy club returns to Stevenage’s Gordon Craig Theatre after its summer break this weekend with a triple bill of rising stars.

Saturday night sees the club, now in its 12th year, welcoming improv maestro Ben Norris, who has recently been supporting Ed Byrne on his UK tour and has also chalked up a string of panel show credits including Mock The Week and Never Mind The Buzzcocks.

There will be sterling support from silly gags and one-liner supremo Dan Evans, a real comedian’s comedian who claims to be one of only two UK gagsters to play Vietnamese capital Hanoi, and Leicester Comedy Festival Award winner Jenny Collier with her trademark quick and clever humour. Compere for the show is Hertfordshire comedian John Mann with his deliciously dour deadpan gags and audience banter.

Doors open at 7.30pm for an 8.30pm which will cost you £12.50. Tickets are available from www.jesterlarf.co.uk or the theatre box office on 01438 363200.
