Veteran cinema commentator Barry Norman will be on location next week, popping over from his Datchworth home to Stevenage’s Nobel School.
He will be at the Mobbsbury Way campus on Saturday, May 7, to add his expertise to a quiz night with a difference hosted by Stevenage Symphony Orchestra.
Barry will be asking the questions and the orchestra will perform the key sections of movie music live on the night.
Director Phillip Brunton said: “This will be a great opportunity for quiz buffs to take part in an evening with Barry, but also something to be enjoyed by all music lovers, even if they don’t take part in the quiz.
“Film scores are remembered long after people have seen a film.
