* District 13 (15) A hell-like Paris of the future is the setting for this slightly formulaic but nonetheless enjoyable action film starring David Belle as a vigilante and Cyril Raffaellis as a maverick cop who have to go into the notorious slum of District 13 to retrieve a bomb. 3/5
* Over the Hedge (U) Fast-paced CG animation fun with a bunch of furry characters including a racoon voiced by hard man Bruce Willis. Slightly formulaic but entertaining. 3/5
* Just My Luck (PG) Underwhelming life swap frivolity with Lindsay Lohan. Lucky lass Ashley (Lohan) appears to have swapped her fortune with a boy called Jake and seeks to reverse this by trying to find her Prince Charming. 2/5

* The Lake House (PG) Speed stars Sandra Bullock and Keanu Reeves are reunited in this mystical romance. Bullock is a lonely doctor who leaves a note for the next tenant of her house, which is somehow found by Reeves two years earlier. Implausibilities abound in this time travelling love story and even the two leads' chemistry is not enough to make it work. 2/5
* The Fast and the Furious: Tokyo Drift (12A) Yep, there's another one in the fast car franchise. The plot is secondary to the speed freak action, and if that's your thing, you'll be more than happy. 3/5
