AN AMERICAN songwriter and guitarist comes to Letchworth GC for a book signing of her latest literary work next week.
Kristin Hersh’s book Paradoxical Undressing is based on the Indie rocker’s teenage diary entries of 1985-86, a period where she was living in her car, in empty apartments and on friends’ floors, with future hit songs in her head.
More than 25 years on, the artist will be at David’s Bookshop in Eastcheap for the signing next Thursday, which will also include a live performance.
The event starts at 7.30pm and tickets are 4, but are redeemable if the book is purchased. Call the bookshop on 01462 684631 to reserve a space.
