LASTMINUTECOMEDY are back with another comedy double header to celebrate the Easter weekend.

On Good Friday, April 6, MC Paul B Edwards will welcome comedians Steven Grant and Mickey Flanagan to Woodside Hall on Walsworth Road in Hitchin.

Stephen has lightening improvisational skills and uses observational comedy of the highest order.

He has been the main comedy writer for Radio 1's daytime programmes since early 1999.

Mickey draws on his East End working class background as he ruthlessly deconstructs the Cockney myth with razor-sharp observational wit.

Mickey has headlined at many venues, including: The Comedy Store, Lee Hurst's Backyard, Up the Creek and The Stand.

Doors open at 7.30pm and the show starts at 8.30pm. Tickets are £8 or £6 for members on the door.

The following day Sean Collins and Stan Stanley take to the stage at Letchworth Arts Centre in The Arcade.

Sean began his stand-up career in 1992 in Vancouver and has developed a sit-down-storytelling style based on his life growing up in the Ottawa Valley and his work as a counsellor at a children's hospital.

Stan is a warm and genial comic with brilliant timing, who delivers smart and satirical observations.

Stan has written sketches for radio and television including Channel 4's Blunder, BBC Radio 4's Parsons and Naylor's Big Pullout section and two series of Man Stroke Woman for BBC 3.

Doors open at 7pm and the show starts at 8pm. To book tickets, at £8 or £6 for members, call 01462 670788.
