Music scene veteran Ray Cordell, the distinctive vocalist with North Herts favourites Rickshaw, has put together his first solo album and it’s being launched at an invitation only session at Norton’s Three Horseshoes pub on Saturday night.
Friends and fellow musicians have joined him to record the tracks on All These Years – Ray describes the process as ‘a fantastic and sometimes emotional experience’ – and the whole album will be played live.
It’s been 30 years in the writing, and tracks from the album are already featured on YouTube.
