A Hitchin town centre pub is serving up a round of local favourites at its big Christmas bash in support of the town’s summertime Rhythms of the World festival.
Everyone’s invited to the festive all-dayer at the Bricklayers Arms in Queen Street from 1pm on Sunday.
Acts already confirmed for an eclectic bill include raucous covers band Scallywags, Hitchin music scene stalwart and Plan B collaborator Pete Woodroffe, pop/folk duo Music & Spies, and Roots Youth Group.
There’s no admission charge and with many other acts on the bill the music will be pumping up until 10pm.
