Landscape painter Denise Allen will be passing on some of her skills at a Stevenage Arts Society masterclass at the end of the month.
Well-travelled Denise has lived in Australia and Bermuda where she was able to hone techniques to capture natural light and beauty. She said: “Mother nature is the greatest inspiration in my work.”
Denise will be demonstrating how to paint a coastal landscape cum seascape in water mixable oils at the session, using materials that are inexpensive and easy to use.
You can learn some of her secrets from 7.30pm on Tuesday, October 27 at the community arts pavilion on the Roaring Meg retail park. Members pay £3 and non-members £4, and refreshments will be available.
