There will be 23 candles on the comedy cake at Hitchin’s Woodside Hall tomorrow night – Lastminute Comedy is marking another birthday.
It’s now the longest-running monthly comedy club in the world, according to host Paul B Edwards, and on the bill are New Zealander Sully O’Sullivan and Philip Simon, who not only won last year’s Lastminute New Act Of The Year contest but is also the current Jewish Comedian Of The Year.
It’s £10 to get in, or save £1 by buying in advance from Hitchin Initiative in Churchyard (01462 453335).
Comedy starts at 8.30pm, for more visit lastminutecomedy.wordpress.com.
