There were more than 25 ciders from around the UK on offer at Letchworth’s Garden City Brewery at the weekend during its second annual cider festival.
Brewery boss Holly-Anne Rolfe told the Comet: “We had more than 25 real ciders from all around the UK and some brilliant live music which created a lovely ambience, even on a somewhat rainy weekend.
“On Saturday afternoon, local performer Katy Anderson sang some lovely tunes – accompanied by ukulele and guitar man Peter Woodruffe, who strummed away and created some great bluesy vibes.
“On Sunday, various performers from the Baldock folk scene including Al Hewson, Warner Taylor Folk and Phil Hewitt played beautiful acoustic sets into the evening.”
The microbrewery, which opened in The Wynd in June last year, has swiftly become a staple of the town centre.
