Blood-splattered heart ripping repossession chaps want your artificial ticker back in this po-faced sci-fi take on the US health system.
In a near future when life can be extended by the replacement of worn out body parts with expensive mechanical substitutes, if you don’t keep up the payments they want your bits back.
A former company agent charged with repossessing these parts finds he is up against his old partner when he falls behind on the excruciating bills for his own artificial heart.
This is not Crank though, rather a bloody, self-important, uneven sci-fi thriller with Jude Law and Forest Whitaker on opposite sides of a brutal health system where no insurance equals death.
