ALL your favourite fairytale characters will be dropping into Letchworth GC next week for a brand new family pantomime.

Whether it’s Prince Charming, Sleeping Beauty, Robin Hood, Little Bo Peep, The Fairy God Mother, Cinderella or the Big Bad Wolf that you love, Humble Theatre’s The Night B4 Christmas has them all.

Original music written by award-winning composer Pippa Cleary accompanies director Jodi De Souza’s production, with both bringing West End experience to Letchworth Garden City Church in Icknield Way East.

As well as an adult cast of professionals, two youngsters from Letchworth GC and Hitchin will also star after winning the part of Little Johnny last month.

Speaking about The Night B4 Christmas, director Jodi De Souza said: I’d like to bring pantomime into the 21st Century. Sometimes you can go to a pantomime year after year and it’s the same old thing - the same dame, the same jokes, some of the same costumes even.

“What we want to do is create a show which is amazingly exciting and fresh - something you haven’t ever seen before which connects with the younger generation.

“We make use of film in the show and our set and costumes are inspired by the likes of Tim Burton and Eugenio Recuenco.

It truly is a magical piece of interactive theatre which is really fresh!”

Tickets for the show, which runs from Friday, December 15 to December 23, are priced between 8 and 12, with family deals available.
