FOLLOWING a two-week run at this year’s Edinburgh Festival, comic duo Doggett and Ephgrave return to Hitchin to host the 43rd instalment of their monthly Mostly Comedy night.
September’s line-up at The Croft includes stand-up from Catie Wilkins - named by TV channel Dave as ‘One of the top 10 stand-ups to catch in 2011’ - and James W Smith, as well as musical comedy from Spandex Ballet who are fresh from supporting regular panelist of BBC1’s QI, Rich Hall.
The second half of the show on Thursday, September 29, will be given over to the London-based comic Quincy - ‘an act to watch out for’ according to Time Out - who will perform his 2011 Edinburgh Fringe Festival show, The Book of Quincy.
Doors open at the venue in Bancroft at 8.15pm, with the first act taking the stage at 9pm.
Tickets cost 6 and are available both on the door or in advance via www.mostlycomedy.co.uk
