A series of all-ages gigs are being held at Club85 as school’s out for Easter.
Anonymous Promo are putting on three gigs at the Hitchin venue kicking off with an eclectic night next Thursday. Biggleswade hardcore crew Inelegance headline with support from Bed’s indie-surf popsters Gentlemen’s Club, Stevenage metallers Sealed in Scarlett and Hitchin funketeers The Sawdust Caesars.
On Good Friday (April 6) the venue hosts a night of firsts with a debut from Biggleswade duo Everyone Always Does featuring Ryan from Pilot The Fusion and Helen from Soda Scream. They will be followed by a return after a two-year hiatus of The Righteous Ones Of The Blazing Rockets who will release their new single on vinyl on the night. Watford rockers Colvex put in their first appearance in North Herts, before Hitchin’s own fuzz pop lovelies The Metatrons bring the night to a climax.
Four Stevenage bands join forces on Thursday April 12.
Electro-rockers Thirteenth Hour head up the bill alongside post-hardcore As You’re Falling, alt-indie Hollow Crowns and folk-rock Tailored Monuments.
Doors for the first and last gig open at 6.45pm with �4 entry, while the Good Friday gig is a fiver from 7.45pm.
