Entries have opened for this year’s Three County Battle of the Bands with heats due to take place in Stevenage and surrounding towns.
The MMG competition is open to all bands with members aged 16 and above in Herts, Beds and Bucks, with prizes ranging from recording time, equipment and tours to showcases and festival slots.
Heats take place from September with Stevenage’s Red Lion hosting on September 28 and October 26 – with the crowd the judge for the first two rounds. The best acts will then go on to semi-finals in November and December before a regional final in January in Milton Keynes.
