A NORTHERN soul night to support a long-standing fan will bring scooters and movers to Hitchin tomorrow night (Friday).
Rare groove 45s from the 60s and 70s will be filling the dance floor at the Canary Club at Hitchin FC to raise money for the Herts MS Therapy Centre in Letchworth.
The centre treats Sue Buck – a member of the Northern Soul scene in the area for many years along with her husband Jon, who organised trips up to Wigan Casino and all nighters from the late 70s.
DJs on the night featured at the first Leighton Buzzard all nighters, including Jon, and will be playing purely original vinyl.
Entry is 5 from 7.30pm, with all proceeds going to help the treatment of MS.
