THIS Saturday, May 20, the Hitchin Symphony Orchestra is performing a concert with a European flavour.
Music by English, French and German composers, alongside a visiting soprano, Sara Jonsson from Sweden, will make this a cosmopolitan evening.
The concert will include music by Berlioz, Schubert and Sir Malcolm Arnold, celebrating his 85th birthday.
Tickets cost £12 (concessions cost £10) and are available from the Hitchin Town Centre Initiative office on Hitchin's Churchyard or by calling 01462 434318.
The concert is staged at Hitchin Town Hall and begins at 7.30pm.
