But here, those who happily mix their Fenders with their faders are celebrated - and it's not a bad mix.
The selection of tunes is nicely varied, from Gossip's blockbusting bulldozer Standing In The Way Of Control to the synth-heavy likes of electro-darlings du jour CSS, who sprinkle in some very cheesy 70s guitar, and the dance throb'n'live guitar and drums of Sunshine Underground's I Ain't Losing Any Sleep, as remixed by Serge Santiago.
What most of these tracks possess is the ability to get you jumping around the room like a loon. And that's no bad thing. 3/5
