* A ROCK 'n' roll club is to be launched at the Vincent Bar in Stevenage this Saturday (March 1). Crazy Man Crazy from Kent will be the first band to get the regular event off to a flying start.

Owner Mick Camper said: "Visitors can expect a great night. We are trying to bring rock 'n' roll back to Stevenage. It's so hard to start something like this and get it going so we want as many people to come as possible and support their local rock 'n' roll club."

The gig which will be followed by a disco will begin at 8pm.
