Eton Manor v Letchworth GC (off due to a waterlogged pitch)
This mid-table London Two North league fixture was postponed as Eton Manor's pitches resembled a lake.
So Letchworth instead travelled to Bracknell to keep the momentum of recent weeks. And they enjoyed a fairly easy 22-0 victory over a lively Bracknell second string with uncontested scrums after half an hour as the hosts lost two of their front row.
Although Bracknell had the first chance, missing a penalty in front of the posts, the early pressure was all Letchworth who won several scrums against the head.
New centre Ben Peterson looked comfortable in the backs and his fellow centre Andy Atkinson showed he had lost none of his guile with some mazy running.
Another ex-Cambridge man, Darren Messenger, supplied the first points with a drop goal.

Then from another ball against the head by Andy Morris, came the try of the game. The scorer was speedy South African winger Dave Rae who dashed 30 yards to outpace the defence.
Letchworth were soon back on the attack with the indomitable Jaggi Johal being held up.
From the resulting scrum, the pack pushed Bracknell back five yards and Johal pounced to score a fine number eight's try. Gavin Donald converted to make it 15-0.
The game really died when it went to unconverted scrums and the highlight of a stop-start second half was Ian Smith's try.
This resulted from good hands by prop Simon Hill who passed to Phil Pearson, in turn feeding Messenger who put Smith away for a fine try. Donald supplied the extra points.
Letchworth will face a lot stiffer opposition this Saturday when they travel to National League Three Hertford in the Herts Presidents' Cup last eight.
