Three Stevenage and North Herts AC members took part in the Southern Counties indoor combined events championships.
The trio competed on Sunday at the new state-of-the-art Lee Valley Athletic Centre in Edmonton.
Pride of place went to Anne Rees who won the silver medal in a classy under-15 girls' pentathlon competition.
Her shot put was the deciding discipline, pulling her clear of all but the eventual winner.
Performances were: 60m hurdles 10.04; high jump 1.50m; shot put 8.43m; long jump 4.38m and 800m 2:59.29, giving her a total of 2,523 points.
In the under-17 women's age group, Bunmi Awokoya finished in sixth place with 2,736 points. Her times and distances - same events as Rees - were 9.44; 1.42m; 9.92m; 4.59m; and 2:55.66.

His times and distances - same events as the other two - 9.29; 1.52m; 9.98m; 5.21m; plus 3:07.32 (1000m).
