Stevenage Swimming Club pulled out all the stops to enter three teams in the Hertfordshire Peanuts League.
The children, ranging from nine to 12-years-old, excelled themselves in divisions one, two and three over three rounds.
The Division One team finished runners-up, Carina Bays and Jake Robinson picking up the runners-up shield for the team.
The Division Two team finished a creditable third place and the Division Three team were fifth in a tough league with many youngsters competing in their first ever races.
Coach John Lowe was delighted with all three teams and said: "All the extra training is paying dividends and we have laid good foundations for next year's Peanuts competition."
There were 87 swimmers from the club representing Stevenage.
It is only one of two clubs that can accommodate three teams in the league as most other clubs in the area only put one team in.
