Two first-half goals kept the home side in touch with league leaders Wellingborough at the top of the table. Pete Gregory gave Spencer the lead after 18 minutes and Ben Foster's 11th goal of the season seven minutes later gave them a winning scoreline.

Langford won their first home game this season at the sixth time of asking. They beat lowly Haringey Borough 2-0 thanks to goals from Joe Delasalle and a late effort by Gareth Grant.

Arlesey Athletic were thumped 6-1 at Kentish Town. Mark Phillips had scored on the stroke of half time to make it 2-1.
