Hitchin are hosting the Royal Anglian regimental memorial rugby match at Old Hale Way this Saturday.
The regimental rugby memorial match is an annual event held to remember the regiment's fallen comrades and raise funds for the regimental benevolence fund.
This year the Royal Anglian rugby team will be taking on Hitchin in what promises to be a fun-filled afternoon. The Royal Anglian Regimental Memorial match is a premier event within the regiment and always brings a large crowd of supporters.
The ceremonies will begin at 2.15pm which will include the roll of honour and the playing of the last post.
The match kicks off at 2.30pm and should be finished by around 4pm.
There will be food and drink available throughout the day.

The clubhouse will remain open all evening and there will be a raffle to raise money for the regimental benevolence fund.
