HITCHIN schoolboy Alessandro Watson-Blake has finally got his hands on silverware.
The 14-year-old, who lives in Fishponds Road, collected his championship trophy for winning the mini max championship at Kimbolton last year.
Alessandro from Hitchin Boys' School won the championship at his first attempt in the 12 to 16 age class.
He never finished out of the top six in all 12 meetings.
And with five first places and three seconds, he won the championship by 90 points.
