The Stevenage side won 3-0 on penalties to progress into the semis.

Their goals came from Michael Bunker and Richard Hall. James Brewster and Darren Wilson were Woolmer's scorers to take the game into extra-time.

The fourth game did not take place as Division One side Magnum were unable to raise a side, giving Whitwell Village a walkover into the semi-finals.
